This absorbs the crushed steel ball and magnetic mineral, forming the shield, which is about 20-30 mm. The direct wear of the magnetic lining plate is greatly lowered, and the life of the plate is prolonged. Although the one time input is large, the annual average consumption is much less than that of manganese steel lining plate. On average, $9,000-12,000 cost per lining plate is saved each year. At the same time, the life of this kind of lining plate is long, the cost is low, and it is lightweight and easy to assemble and disassemble. Whats more, each year 7-9% of power and 1-2% of the steel ball is saved. After over 10 years on the market, it is indicated that the magnetic lining plate can replace manganese steel.
