Coke Pushing Machine
It adopts the technology of one spotting and 5-23 serial sequence. VVVF speed regulating technology is used for the travelling system of coke pushing machine. Automatic door opening device with memory is provided. It is equipped with automatic mechanical oven door, jamb, levelling door and wharf cleaning devices and spillage removal device. Each unit can be operated manually and can also be controlled by unit program. Except the travelling, coke pushing, levelling and spillage removal devices, other devices are driven by hydraulic cylinders, stable and reliable motions can be realized. Power off emergency devices are provided for coke pushing and levelling motions. The electric devices can be operated through man-machine interface. The technology of oven number identification and automatic spotting is adopted. Automatic control trouble diagnosis system is provided.
